Deadline for the submission of abstracts: February 15, 2013

Participants who would like to present a poster or oral presentation must submit an abstract for consideration by the Scientific Committee. Please ensure to adhere to the rules and guidelines for submission of your abstract.

Rules for Submission of Abstracts:

Abstracts must be submitted via this website or via email as attachment in word document to olivera@congrexpo.co.rs. Faxed abstracts will not be considered. Please read the rules of submission before submitting the abstract.

  • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English/German with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
  • The Scientific Committee will review abstracts. Following this, information regarding acceptance, and scheduling will be sent to the abstract submitter. Instructions for preparation of posters and oral presentations will be sent together with the acceptance notification.
  • Posters will be viewed during dedicated poster time in the program.

Guidelines for Submission

Before you begin, please prepare the following information in a word file:

  1. Presenting author's contact details
    • Full postal address (institution, department, address, zip, city, country)
    • Email address
    • Phone number
  2. Presentation type (Please note that consideration will be given to your preferred presentation type, however the final allocation will be determined by the reviewing committee)
    • Poster presentation
    • Oral Presentation
  3. Author and co-authors' details
    • Full first and family name(s)
    • Affiliation details (institution, department, address, zip, city, country)
  4. Abstract title - limited to 25 words in bold font style, UPPER CASE
  5. Abstract text – limited to 250-300 words (Please Note: Word count is affected when graphs/tables/images are added). The abstract should be concise and should present the aim of the work, essential results and conclusion.
  6. It should be typed in Arial font as in TEMPLATE, single-spaced.
  7. The length should not exceed format A4 and 300 words.
  8. The maximum file size of each graph/image is 500 KB. The maximum pixel size of the graph/image is 600(w) x 800(h) pixel. You may upload graphs in JPG format only.
  9. Please note that abstracts must be SUBMITTED before the deadline in order to be sent to review for inclusion in the Scientific Programme.
