Participants are requested to check with the Serbian consulate or diplomatic mission in their home country or with their travel agency for visa requirements. For citizens of most countries, a valid passport is sufficient. However, visitors coming from some countries may need a tourist visa. Please refer to Visa regime for entering Serbia for more details.

Official letters of invitation will be sent upon request. If you require such a letter, please apply to the Secretariat. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.
